A Stress Management Session was organized by CWIN Nepal for the board members and staff of the NCRC-National Child Rights Council. The session was facilitated by experts from the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit of Kanti Children’s Hospital, who shared professional insights on mental health and workplace wellbeing. A total of 30 participants attended the program.
During the session, participants openly discussed workplace burnout, explored the underlying causes of stress, and reflected on how professional responsibilities can impact mental health. The interactive discussion created a safe space to share experiences and collectively understand the importance of self-care in demanding work environments. The session concluded with practical stress-relieving exercises that participants can incorporate into their daily routines.
