The Chatbot was designed to facilitate communications between the experts from the mental health department at Kanti Hospital and the children and adolescents in need of medical support. CWIN Nepal launched the Chatbot with the support of Kanti Children’s Hospital and UNICEF. Since last year, CWIN-Nepal has also started telemedicine services to help solve mental health problems in hospitals and health centers in different parts of the country. CWIN Nepal along with Kanti Children’s Hospital and Nepal Telecom has issued a toll-free number 166001 10666 with the target of reaching more children and adolescents who are in need of support and counseling regarding mental health issues.
