High-Level National Consultation on Access to Justice for Child Victims of Sexual Exploitation
National Child Rights Council and CWIN-Nepal with the support of ECPAT International, successfully organized a high-level national consultation to address the urgent issues surrounding access to justice for child victims and survivors of sexual exploitation.with the support of ECPAT International, successfully organized a high-level national consultation to address the urgent issues surrounding access to justice for child victims and survivors of sexual exploitation.
The consultation brought together over 50 key stakeholders, including the Attorney General, representatives from the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Ministry of Law and Justice, law enforcement authorities, judiciary, health professionals, child rights organizations, and civil society members.
This collective dialogue marked an important step toward identifying gaps, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and ensuring a more child-sensitive justice system.
