A three-day capacity-building training on Proposal, Report, and Minutes Writing was successfully conducted from July 10 to 12, 2025. The training brought together adolescent members from various networks with the objective of enhancing their documentation, communication, and advocacy skills.Throughout the training, participants engaged in sessions focused on proposal and report writing techniques. The training also covered practical aspects such as budgeting, stakeholder mapping, data collection and analysis, and sustainability planning. Additionally, a dedicated session was held on minutes writing in both Nepali and English, where participants engaged in group performances to simulate events and practiced taking minutes based on those scenarios.
The sessions were facilitated by Ms. Sarmila Thapa, who used interactive methods to encourage active participation. The adolescents demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, and collaboration across all activities. The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, participant reflections, and the recognition of adolescent leadership and engagement in building their capacities for meaningful participation and advocacy.
