A milestone for Child and Adolescent Mental Health in Nepal!

On the auspicious occasion of 59th Anniversary of Kanti Children’s Hospital, Hon’ble Minister for Health and Population, Mr Hridayesh Tripathi inaugurated the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centre at Kanti Children’s Hospital. CWIN-Nepal is proud to collaborate with Kanti Children’s Hospital to start Nepal’s first Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

We thank our partners Forut-Norway and its supporters, Norwegian Psychiatric Association and Touch Ireland for their valuable support to construct the new building dedicated for child and adolescent mental health which will have comprehensive services including the out-patient service, in-patient service, toll-free hotline service, research and training, outreach to districts, long-distance (telepsychiatry) support.
