CWIN-Nepal is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Psychiatric Nurse at the Outreach and Research Centre, Kathmandu.

Number of Position: Psychiatric Nurse (1)

• Duty Station: Outreach and Research Centre, Kathmandu
• Application Deadline: 02/09/2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs to strengthen teachers’ and school nurses’ knowledge and skills in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).
• Provide Psychosocial First Aid (PFA) training to target groups.
• Organize and facilitate mental health outreach programs.
• Participate in and support rapid response activities.
• Provide psychosocial support and mental health first aid to children and adolescents in need.
• Facilitate training sessions for healthcare providers, teachers, and caregivers.
• Deliver psychoeducation and counseling services to schools, parents, and community organizations, both in person and remotely.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (Psychiatry).
• Registration with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
