Three boys, aged 13, 15, and 17, have been rescued from child labour following a joint monitoring operation in Butwal.

Based on a report submitted to the Labour Office, Butwal, a coordinated monitoring team comprising the Labour Office, Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Child Helpline 1098, Area Police Office Butwal, Area Administration Office Butwal, and media representatives conducted an inspection at two restaurants in Butwal.

Following the operation, the three children were rescued and are currently under the protection and care of Child Helpline 1098. The legal process is underway in accordance with the prevailing laws and procedures.
