• CWIN/RDTA TUKI/FORUT organized another children’s health camp for 125 students at Kshemawati High School at Suspa Kshemawati VDC. Two critical cases, one of jaundice and another case of a heart problem were referred to Gaurishankar Hospital in Dolakha.
  • CWIN/RDTA TUKI/FORUT continued distribution of zinc sheets to schools in northern part of Dolakha to establish temporary schools.

  • CWIN District Child Protection Desk in Dolakha has received an unaccompanied 9-year-old boy from Lakure Danda VDC. CWIN will work for tracing the family of the boy and reunite him with his family with needed educational and other support.
  • CWIN Child Helpline 1098 in Kathmandu has been monitoring the situation of child victims of earthquake who are living in vulnerable situation in the Kathmandu valley.
  • Talash Association sent a request to CWIN Child Helpline 1098 to trace families of 3 boys brought from one of the earthquake affected districts Rasuwa to a monastery in Bangalore, who were rescued by the association after the boys were severely beaten up there. CWIN Child Helpline is working with DCWB in Rasuwa to trace the families of the boys and will work for their repatriation with Talash Association.
